Absolutely, unequivocally the best dental experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve had quite a few since breaking my 2 front teeth in the 2nd grade, necessitating crowns, and then requiring braces twice). Advanced equipment (panoramic view, full-mouth X-ray), very thorough cleaning (thank you, Shay!), and just top level, professional care. I particularly appreciated getting to go through the X-rays with Dr. Syed.

Also had in-office bleaching done which was comfortable, expedient and very effective. I know this sounds crazy but I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment.

They took me in right away and replaced a crown that had come loose. In just a couple of hours I walked out with my new crown installed. It didn't even need adjustment. I am very impressed by their courteous professionalism. Located in the office formerly occupied by Doctor McCarthy .

Many places were booked up, Berkshire Smile Studio took me right away. From the moment I walked into this office I was greeted with genuine warmth by the receptionist, instantly making me feel more at ease. The dental assistant was incredibly kind and patient, taking time to listen and reassure me. And the dentist—absolutely phenomenal.

They took the time to explain every step of the process. I was literally shaking when I arrived due to my last experience at Aspen, but they eased my anxiety with compassion and professionalism. I walked out not only pain-free, but confident in my dental care. I can’t thank them enough for turning things around for me.
