I had a great experience with Dr. Hsu and the dental assistant Vlad. Dr. Hsu is really standing in patient's shoes and genuinely gave the best advice. The front desk and the assistant who took the X-Ray for me are also nice as well. I definitely recommend this dentistry!

I had a great experience at Belltown Modern Dentistry. Dr. Riemer and Vlad were super nice and made everything easy and comfortable. They walked me through the entire appointment using 3D visuals of my teeth and gave clear explanations of what’s going on in my mouth.

At most other dental clinics, I just get a cleaning and a reminder to floss more—but here, they actually explained why flossing and using a night guard matter. They were also super upfront about costs and broke everything down, including what insurance would cover. The office is clean, and everyone’s genuinely friendly. Definitely recommend!

My second visit with Belltown Modern Dentistry, they have been Great! Dr Hsu was wonderful, as usual. Sarah was such a joy to talk to, was mindful of my comfort, and did a great job with the polishing and fluoride.

She also helped me improve my flossing technique, which is much appreciated! It’s super easy to make an appointment, and they are proactive about checking my insurance coverage before my appointment.

My experience with belltown Modern Dentistry was quite lacking. I went in for an emergency tooth extraction and was in severe pain. They prepared for the procedure then changed to high pressure sales tactics for cash up front. Each time I went to turn down anything beyond the extraction since I could not think straight due to the pain, the person would leave the room again to "give you time to think about it". I paid the upfront cost, then they sent my dental insurance a bill (the insurance they could not take the day of) where they wanted more than double what they had me pay up front for the complete procedure.

I showed my insurance the receipts and the result was getting sent yet another bill for a different amount. Having me pay up front was one thing, but then pretending to my insurance that I had not paid and that the procedure was suddenly double what I paid was rather dishonest, borderline scummy. If you go here, save your receipt and every detail you can so they can't pull one over on your insurance for a quick double dip. Update: They did email me and it seems the additional billing was in error. While I am editing this, I would like to touch on aspects I glossed over unintentionally initially.

The staff is capable, the office is clean and well kept and the equipment is modern and maintained. In terms of the quality or capability of the dental staff or facilities I have no major complaints.
