I hate going to the dentist but this place makes that a much lighter burden for me. Everyone is so nice and caring. Dr. Prueter is very attentive and kind. 100% would recommend.. they’re fantastic!

Was in alot of pain, had a appointment at another dentist and they called me the day of my appointment to reschedule!!! So,I decided to call around instead of waiting another week to get in to see the dentist, This place was full but they still was able to see me. Dr. Nathan and staff was GREAT!!!! They were , able to help me out and least to say I was very glad not to wait another week

I myself had a bad experience at this office. Had to have a crown put on and have had nothing but problems with it and they wouldn't do anything to help me with it even after I told them multiple times that I was in pain. They just looked at me like I was a nut. I was told that my permanent crown wouldn't be put if i was still experiencing pain and i told them that i was and they went on and put it on anyway.

And the lady that worked on me was very rude and dismissive and even talked down to me. They have made me where I don't even feel comfortable going to the dentist. And I paid out of pocket for something that wasn't done right and they won't do anything about it. Now I'm going to have to lose a tooth that I paid a thousand some dollars for.

Oh and he called me after I posted this saying that he wasn't going to refund me any of my money and that I was no longer welcome at his office. But as long as they got my money i was welcome then. I thought that was pretty rude to say before I had to go the next day for a extraction.

I was visiting from North Carolina for a long weekend and had a top front tooth break off. My dentist at home had told me at my last appointment that I was going to need 2 crowns, but hopefully not right away. I was horrified to go out in public with a broken tooth. I was so grateful to get in for an appointment right away! After speaking with my NC dental office I learned that if I hurried home (600 miles) they could do my temporary crowns, but I would not have the permanent ones for at least 2 months. This, with an overseas trip coming up in just a couple of weeks.

Everyone in this office was so very helpful. They managed to squeeze me in to get my temporary AND permanent crowns quickly! My visit turned out to be a little more than a long weekend but I could not be happier. The work I had done was painless and very professional. And I am thrilled with my results!
