I’ve been going to Bella Dental almost two years. I hand to give kuddos to the front desk, insurance team Christine and Shawnte ladies don’t change. Dr. Cooper is one of the best dentist he actually listens to his patients. I have a strong fear of needles, all I can say he knows his stuff.
They have one staff member that will hold you up on everything!! I particularly don’t care for her customer service skills. She delayed my case purposely which was ordered in December, the 12th to be exact. My son also sees Dr. Cooper, he had a bill that Lucy should have contacted his father for. Instead she wanted to penalize me and he’s not on my insurance.
His father contacted Lucy several times and instead she hold me back from completing my work. At this point I’m highly considering another change this time it’s not the . healthcare professional it’s the office manager The billing department get it together. I’m in the Medical Field as well this behavior would be considered unprofessional.

Great team and Kevin is awesome. Not your normal dentist office Kevin makes you feel right at home and get very personable. Different experience than your normal dry plain dentist office. Salute see yall in the morning for the kids appointments

The best dentist office I ever been to. They exceeded our expectations. The front office staff was very pleasant. Kevin showed us around and he had such a kind attitude. We’ve lucked out in finding this one. We won’t be going anywhere else. My mom who hates going to the dentist was also pleased. Schedule your appointment today you will not regret it.

I had a wonderful experience with Bella Dental! They were very kind and patient. I really appreciate them making sure all of my questions were answered and that I was comfortable during my procedure. Jasmine and Marisol were so welcoming at the front desk and during my xrays. Dr. Cooper was thorough.
McKenna was very patient and did an excellent job on my deep cleaning. She made sure I was informed and comfortable before I left. Shante was very patient with me while I was deciding financing options. Overall it was a wonderful experience.
