I made both of my sons an appointment back in May, it's now the end of November. The office decided to text me the evening before their appointments to tell me they're cancelled. No explanation or anything. I've tried calling them and no one answers. We've been waiting for 6 months to be seen just for them to cancel their appointments the night before. Absolutely ridiculous.

Dr Burke and his staff are Amazing they go out of their way to make both of my kids feel welcome and comfortable. Both of my children are on the autism spectrum and I had a hard time finding the right dentist for them so lucky to have found the best one around !

Great experience with my oldest child! But when it came to my middle child it's been terrible! Don't get me wrong, they are great when dealing with the kids! But when I scheduled my son's first appointment last yr. we got the call after 10p. m.

the night before his appointment that out whole house was exposed to COVID, had to argue for a second appointment just to wake up that morning to him running over a 103 fever, but because I couldn't call at least 24hrs in advance they refused to see him. Got him in with another dentist just for them to stop taking his insurance. Now a year later and then being the only ones here that take his insurance now, they still refuse and say it's their right to see who they chose and refuse who they want.

You never know when a child will end up sick, I mean come on and get real! I won't take my child somewhere knowing he or we where exposed to something contagious or he is sick! I never miss my kids appointmentts unless absolutely necessary, and this is how they want to treat people!? Not understanding at all, I guess they expect people to be perfect and love as if this was fantasy land. So if you get an appointment don't miss it no matter what or you might not get another one.
