Both of my children have gone through Orthodontic treatment here and they have been top notch! My daughter just had her braces removed and I took her to her regular dentist for a cleaning.

The hygienist asked me which orthodontist treated her and she said she never sees such an impeccable job of cement removal from the teeth afterwards! I called the office to let them know they are knocking it out of the ball park! They care about their patients and I would implicitly recommend them!

So far EXTREMELY unhappy with them taking over the Marshall Office (formally Chmura). They can't keep appointments and are rescheduling them months out or you just don't get call for their mistake. Seems like they are to busy with their other offices to really care (Dr. Is only in on Monday and Tuesdays). Office staff calling to cancel appointments last minute or when you show up are not helpful to reschedule and state they might quit because of the new days/hours. At this point I do not recommend this orthodontist! If things change I will update this posting. Update 4/30/24. So reviews are opinions based on someone's experience/experiences. It is up to you what you choose to do with that information. With that being said I was asked today by the office manager to edit or delete my opinion, and then she talked bad about the previous owner. This will not be happening and is unprofessional.

I do believe that Dr. Bandeen (both Tim and Emily) are very kind, know what they are doing with orthodontics, and care about their patients. However, they still need to work on their office staff and availability. Their staff is kind but tend to be unprofessional. Front desk staff would rather talk about phone conversations they had at 3am rather then give full attention to the patient, and often times not at the desk when you try to check in. These kinds of conversations go though the whole building during your visit. If the Bandeen's would like to sit down with me and talk about my review I am more then happy to, but I will not do it though everyone else in the building. For now my opinion does not change. They are good doctors but the Marshall building still needs some help starting with staff professionalism and appointment availability. 6/19/25 Bandeen Orthodontics has requested my post be taken down. Their perceptions are completely wrong.

I do not know or have any affiliation with any of the previous or current employees. Your request further shows your need and want to cover-up patients who are unhappy with their care. More people should be less afraid to speak up against your business. This review should remain up as it shows an opinion which is the whole point of a review. You never once approached me to discuss our unhappiness. My family has chosen to go to another orthodontist for the rest of our care. If Bandeen Orthodontics has chosen to change their ways, then good for them and good luck if you choose to try them. I hope the best for you. I will not trust their care to anymore of my family or friends.

Dr Bandeen recommended I see my primary care provider for some tests to figure out why my teeth were moving and I was developing an underbite. Results were a rare but serious treatable condition that could eventually become life threatening. I am so very grateful and cannot recommend him highly enough. Thanks Doc!

I wasnt to happy with them because i liked my teeth where it was at before they took my braces off and they didnt listen everything matched up my bite was on point and they kept moving them forward im not to happy with them and the girl chipped my tooth and they didnt bother to tell me anything🤦‍♀️ tim it wasnt that i didnt like it i didnt want to cause a sene about the whole issue i got the tooth fixed by my dentist they filled the tooth it wasnt from you that took them off it was the girl that was fixing my cross bite she chipped my tooth in the back of my mouth taking off that bracket and i only was trying to say that i was trying to tell you at the time before i gotten my braces off i like where my teeth were at before the last wire you guys did on my mouth im not saying i dont like it were its at now but i really wish they were at the spot they were before i had the get my wire changed before they got taken off thats all i really like them were they were at and i tried tellimg you that.
