Not really happy at all with service today. My hygienist used to be Erika, and I didn’t find out that she’s no longer at Ballwin Smiles. At least, I could have been told she was no longer working at office. So I visit every 3 months for my perio dental teeth cleaning. The hygienist comment today was that 1 deep pocket had gone down 1mm, and didn’t anything about the other ones.
The doctor dentist didn’t even come into the room today which I found peculiar because all the other previous visits he came in after my cleanings for past 2 years to do quick checkup. I was going to ask something about my teeth, but it didn’t happen. One final thing, where was the appointment card which the previous hygienist used to put in the toothbrush bag upon leaving. Yes, you can say not a happy camper today!!!

Avoid this doctor and clinic! I used to go there and Dr. Postal, Robin and team were awesome! The new doctor is NOT good - and with all the other options in West County to choose from - avoid this clinic if you can! The new doctor installed a crown in one of my teeth and it’s been nothing but a mess since he did it. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone!

Everyone is great here. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. King is a wonderful dentist and has a great sense of humor. And a shout out to Amy, one of his assistants. She is so sweet and friendly. Great group!

Just a week before going out of country I started having terrible tooth pain and dr. King was able to see me right away considering my situation. . . Sure enough I needed a crown. .
. They were able to do a temporary one and ordered a permanent. Just a day before my vacation office called telling me that my crown came before scheduled day and they made an appt the same day and I was able to leave on vacation without being worry( I was ready to cancel it). That was a great experience and I am so appreciative to dr. King and all his wonderful stuff working as a great team!
