I had an extremely unprofessional experience during my visit. The appointment was rushed, and Dr. Axam did not perform a cleaning and a list of everything "wrong". Instead, I was told I had multiple cavities—information that turned out to be false—only to be pressured into an unnecessary deep cleaning. Additionally, there was an aggressive attempt to upsell me on cleaning products I did not need.

To make matters worse, there was no follow-up provided regarding the visit, despite multiple attempts to reach out. The lack of professionalism and transparency is disappointing. I would not recommend this practice even if I had one tooth remaining. I strongly advise against wasting your time here, as their practices are highly questionable.

A friend of mine had a 11AM appt. and didn't leave until 3PM! She only saw the actual dentist until 2:45PM and she didn't address her main issue at all. On top of that parking is not free or validated. Providers need to be respectful of "appointment times" and keep patients aware of any unusual delays.

Also respect that patients are paying for parking. I was considering making an appointment but I'm glad they don't take my HMO dental insurance now because that was ridiculous.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting Axam Dental for what I had hoped would be a routine check-up. Unfortunately, the experience was far from routine and left me deeply dissatisfied. Having read other lower-star reviews, I find my experience accurately reflected in their comments. This was not an isolated incident but a pattern of unacceptable conduct and poor management.

Their practices are questionable, and their approach to patient care is seriously lacking. I strongly advise potential patients to consider other dental providers who prioritize both professionalism and patient care.
