*in response to owner* So that would mean the guarantor did not take them to the appointment? There for a bill and all its details had been discussed with someone aside from the guarantor on the account? Had come to this office many years ago, had to leave due to change of insurance, years later insurance changed again and as we had a good experience in the past decided to come back. Called the office I gave our new insurance information and updated our information including phone number before setting up any appointments. The office had called me back at the new number I had given them to speak about insurance, confirmed with our insurance that they were in network, the office then said all set to book. Booked our appointments things seemed to be going well.

When the appointment reminders went out with our children’s names appointment times they had been given to someone who was NOT allowed to have any of their information this person was not even a parent or guardian to our children. When I called the office to ask how our information got in to this persons hands they simply said that a chart had been merged maybe. The office took fully responsibility and even stated due to the sensitivity of the situation if we needed what was “merged” they can assist in giving that information to assist in court matters. Fast forward when a question about a bill came up, the office manager made it a point that they will get their money at any cost even if they are embarrassing children sitting in the waiting room and their families, making statements about past due bills in front of the entire waiting room and making the situation very uncomfortable.

The office manager also made it a point to say how they would not see our children without the bill being settled - regardless of the fact that this was supposed to be an in network appt. Office manager never gave a chance to see with the insurance if there was a billing issue just demanded the payment, violating confidentiality and all. My experience here has been nothing but terrible with the office manager from the start since we returned to the office.

Really great experience at Awesome teeth. My older son had a little trouble at previous visits and they made him feel very comfortable in subsequent visits and made it fun for him. We also bring our 2 year old here and they are very patient with him. Great staff!

Terrible experience. We had an appointment scheduled for June 10, but when we arrived at the clinic, we were told there was no appointment on record. The front desk staff were extremely rude — they gave no explanation, didn’t try to help, and just said, “There’s no doctor today. You can either reschedule or go to another clinic. ” Completely unacceptable.

We had taken time off from work and school just for this appointment, only to be turned away with no apology or solution. It was a complete waste of time and extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
