Can’t say enough great things about this place. Everyone is so friendly and wants to help you and it’s an amazing place for dental work. Never had any problems with the service nor the care. Absolutely would recommend to everyone.

Do not go here if you love your teeth. This practice is terrible, I wouldn’t trust this place to work on a dead man’s tooth. I got filing work done here and immediately after part of the filing fell out leaving a chip in the side of my tooth so I went back to get it fixed they said it didn’t need to be fixed and gave me dental putty to shove up there and that was it, fast forward not even two years later and the OVER FILLED same tooth the entire filing came out when I was flossing leaving me missing almost HALF of my tooth. Regardless of how bad they botched my tooth to begin with I called them for an emergency appointment and was told they no longer take my insurance and would have to pay $175 for them to fix their mistake. Needless to say I will never go there ever and I will tell everyone I know how rude the doctors are, how they don’t listen to the patients and how the dental assistants don’t seem very confident or educated.

This place should be shut down. Also they can’t keep doctors or staff employed there because it seems like such a hostile work environment, every time I went there I saw someone new because the previous doctor left the practice. ****UPDATE**** They called me saying Dr Farhi asked me to take down the google view I just wrote and he would see me about my tooth with no charge. Also sent me a text asking the same. Since when are you bribing patients to take down reviews? You care more about your business and reviews and money than you care about your patients.

I never wanted to go back there anyway I was only desperate to get my tooth fixed but this just solidifies why I will never go back. I would rather walk around with half a tooth for a month than ever put my teeth or my health in the hands of this practice again. STEER CLEAR PEOPLE! Also, I will see you in court for that HIPPA violation.

I have been a patient of Avalon Dental since Dr. Farhi came to Delaware. In all these years, I have found the staff to be patient-oriented and considerate of patients always needs. Both locations are designed to reduce stress and increase the comfort of patients.

They provide reminders of appointments and are mostly right on schedule. Be prepared to contact them by text as reaching them by phone can be difficult. I have referred family, friends and employees to this practice over the years and all have been very happy with the exceptional care they have received, even those with “dental care-phobia”. I recommend Avalon without reservations!
