They had strict covid protocol which I greatly appreciated. They did such a great job handling my 2 year olds first visit. They made us feel very comfortable and I would highly recommend. Our hygienist and the doctor worked great! We can’t wait to go back in 6 months!

I would not recommend! The staff is very unprofessional. I expected them to be kid friendly since they specialize in pediatrics. But there were red flags from the moment we walked in. The office doesn't appear to be kept well or sanitary. They wanted to take my 4 year old son back without me but I said no. A kitchen towel was used instead of a disposable paper apron.

No one took the time to talk to us about my son's history before starting. They made him cry during Xrays because the tech was so rough. The Dr. came out to ask what was wrong and she got mad because I complained. Very disappointing experience.

Dr. Baron and her staff is amazing including Kasey who is lead at front desk. They treat all patients and parents very professionally and answer all their queries patiently and give them enough time. I am very impressed with their skills and professionalism and recommend Aurora dental care to everyone for their pediatric dental needs.

Place has declined in the last few years (esp during/post Covid) to the extent that we moved to another practice. Their receptionists border from the uninterested to downright rude. Doctor Beron who used to be hands on and interactive with parents and pediatric patients is nowhere to be seen, and the other dentists seem to lack the requisite professionalism that should come with such a job. When we switched to another dentist we were informed of a number of major issues with our kids teeth that had been persisting for a while and should have been caught during our most recent visit to Aurora dental but just wasn’t.

It’s almost like the dental practice goes through the motions of the basics just to get reimbursed from insurance. It’s sad to see a once proactive and friendly practice devolve into the sad state it is today. They need to start off with firing some of the folks from their front desk/reception, or investing in significant training towards customer service, taking action on customer issues or questions etc. Upon calling they can’t even seem to do simple tasks like canceling an appointment the first time requested, and when calling back again (since we still receive appointment reminders), theres no apology for not having done it the last time, just a uninterested non-response.

This has happened so many times that we have lost count. Summary: there are a lot better quality and more professional practices out there in the Naperville/Aurora area
