My experience with Dr.Mai and her staff has been a pleasant, supportive and positive one during all three visits. She has a lot of patience for explaining your dental health. I would be coming back for future dental needs.

I was quite anxious going to fix my front tooth for a while. However Dr. Mai was great, she explained the procedure carefully and made sure I understood. I feel a new level of confidence now even though its not completely finished. I feel more relaxed about my next appointment to have the rest of my teeth fixed 🙂

Dr. Mai is a competent dentist, but the office manager is horrible. I had a root canal and the post done, waiting to get my crown. Then I got a call from the office claiming that my insurance is too bad and that I had to pay out of my own pocket. They offered a "generous" discount and charged me $900 for both procedures. It wasn't until I called the insurance myself that I realized they billed for the wrong tooth. I asked them to correct the paperwork.
After a few weeks, they were still sitting on it. Every time I followed up, they accused me of being impatient. When I asked for a breakdown of the fees, they insinuated that I'm ignorant and confused. I finally got fed up and left. This is not how a dentist's office should serve its patients.

After a heartfelt farewell from my wife and a journey of over 1000 miles, I arrived in NY for my dental implant procedure. The very thought of any dental work had always filled me with anxiety, which is why I had been hesitant about getting my first implant. Despite relocating years ago, my family consistently returns to Dr. Kai for all our dental needs because of the unparalleled care and attention we receive. Three days before my procedure, Dr. Kai's office reached out, meticulously guiding me through the essential pre-implant preparations. It's crucial to adhere to these guidelines.
The procedure itself was seamless. Dr. Kai executed each step with remarkable precision and confidence. Two days post-procedure, I'm delighted to report no pain or bleeding. In an age where we expect everything at the speed of Amazon Prime, it's easy to become impatient. But when it comes to dental work, I'd much prefer waiting for an expert like Dr. Kai, who executes procedures with such care and precision, over a hasty job.
The wait and even the 1000-mile journey are entirely justified; we simply can't find comparable service closer to home. I later learned that Dr. Kai has been honing her skills in dental implants for over 20 years. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kai's clinic for all dental needs. My family's long-standing trust in her expertise speaks volumes about her skill and dedication.
