Highly recommend! Dr. Shih and assistant made me feel very comfortable at my first visit. Dr. Shih was thorough, timely and explained things so I could understand them. She gave me time to ask questions, which meant a lot to me.
I work at an Orthodontics office and we received the letter from their office the next day! I also got a card from the office thanking me for my visit! I absolutely appreciated that they took the time to mail a card to my house and Dr. Shih wrote in the card also. It was a thoughtful and caring gesture that so many places rarely do today. So, if you are debating to go here- take it from me and make your appointment now.

The receptionist was very rude when I told her I found a different office that covers my insurance so I don’t have to pay $5000 out of pocket and she hung up on me when I asked her to transfer my records to the place that covers my insurance

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Dodge!!! A month ago, I had a frenectomy and bone graft done. First doctor I've ever had that apologizes when I would experience pain (LOL!). My surgery went very well, my gums have healed nicely, and overall, my entire experience was exceptional.
He made me feel comfortable and set my mind at ease with his vast knowledge of his profession. I have another bone graft scheduled for June, and I cannot say I'm all that nervous about it this time around. We are very fortunate to have him in this city!
