The staff at this location is impeccable! Octtiana and Chance were amazing at making me feel welcome and comfortable during my visit, Ellie did a wonderful job at explaining the needs and discussing preventatives to assist with a healthy future for my teeth. Connie and Doctor P were fabulous as well very caring and attentive. I love knowing they care and listen to my concerns and take the time to explain what would be best to help me.

Rachel the office manager was so attentive and willing to work with me on meeting my financial needs and scheduling me to meet my work needs. I appreciate the whole staff; Dr. P, Octi ,Chance, Ellie, Lauryn, Kenzie, Rachel, Connie thank you all for an outstanding experience! 100% recommend !

This place is a SCAM and waste of time! My entire visit was completely ridiculous. I have great teeth, straight smile, very little issues. . Aspen is not my regular dentist, but they accept walk-ins and I’d been feeling a little pressure in a tooth that has had a root canal in the past.

I was there for nearly three hours, arrived early for my 230 pm appointment and wasn’t pulled back until 3:05. While there the staff tried to convince me I needed an implant rather than a root canal, they tried selling me invisaline - mind you my teeth are perfectly straight without gaps! And when all was said and done, quoted me $11,000 for something my regular dentist quoted $2100 for AFTER insurance. This place isn’t worried about HELPING you, they’re worried about selling you the most expensive and unnecessary procedures to line their pockets. It was DISGUSTING the amount of effort put into trying to convince me to spend all this money with them while VERY MINIMALLY addressing the actual concern/issue I had.

I will never recommend this place to a single person and I have made sure to tell people of my experience and HIGHLY RECOMMEND they go ANYWHERE else but here. DO BETTER!

The oral surgery portion of Aspen is awful. I came in and had 20 extraction to get ready for dentures. Told the doctor that I couldn’t have a specific pain reliever because of a prior medical procedure. He told his assistant to double one and take off the others. The assistant after the procedure said that they were busy so I may not get my pain meds until the next day. Make no mistake, this is a violent procedure and the pain is intense and they want to make their patients wait in severe pain because they are too busy? And surprise, when I got my meds I had the medication that I told the doctor that I was not supposed to take. It will cause damage to me. So a Doctor who prescribes medication doesn’t even pay attention to what he’s prescribing.

Also, after the procedure I was bleeding and it wouldn't stop so they ushered me into the lobby to sit there bleeding with blood seeping out of my mouth. It was a busy day so there were at least 10 people in the lobby. I would think you wouldn't want a person who is actively bleeding to be put in a lobby where he could infect others or have others infect him is a good idea. But, this is the level of care that I received. A cow in a line of cattle that none of the oral surgery team looked at more than just a payment. Then a follow up was supposed to happen the next week. This was rescheduled and rescheduled and a month later they were rescheduling again. What value is a follow up if it does not happen in a timeframe where things can be corrected.

This traveling oral surgeon and his crew are very unprofessional to the point to not only is it a disservice to the patients but an insult. They offered after a month to have the dentist look at it, but I PAID FOR A SPECIALIST. I paid 16k up front for service and I have to fight every time I need something. If they have to reschedule an appointment, that pushes you out over a week to get the services that you already paid for. Be ready to fight to get the service you paid for or you are just out the money. If you want to be unvalued then choose Aspen Oral surgery.

very impressed with the high tech equipment. they are in the 21st century. i got a good explanation of my dental health. the financial plans were extremely helpful for my family budget. I was very pleased with the staff. my dental assistant did a great job of explaining the dental procedures and making sure that I was comfortable during the procedure. not your father's dentist office.
