I’ve had a consistently mediocre experience at this dental clinic and won't recommend it. Here’s why: Firstly, I chose this clinic specifically for its early hours so I could come in before work. Despite this, I was always refused a 7 am slot. Since they close by 4 p. m. , I’ve had to interrupt my workday every time for appointments—making it a very poor fit for working professionals. Second, In May, I called to schedule a follow-up for my night guard scan and was told I’d have to wait until late July or August because only Dr. Asha could handle it. However, she wasn’t the one who did the original scan. I had to point this out myself, after which they checked and realized their mistake—and then suddenly had availability in June. Had I not said anything, I would have been needlessly delayed by months.

This happened often. Third, I once asked for a complete copy of my visit records and was initially sent just two X-rays. Only after I followed up did they send the full treatment documentation. Their explanation was that “X-rays is what we send when transferring to another doctor,” which doesn’t make sense. Patients have a right to their full records upon request—no conditions and I have proofs of the e-mail thread too. Finally, the main reason that motivated me to leave this clinic for good is the office manager's attitude. After a tooth-filling procedure, they forgot to collect my copay. A few days later, I received an SMS and email asking for payment. I immediately responded and asked for an itemized breakdown of the treatment before paying, as the $172 copay seemed unusually high. Instead of providing that, they sent me a completely unrelated estimate from a different treatment. I followed up via email and again in person during my next visit.

As I was speaking to the receptionist, the office manager interrupted to remind me—pointedly—that my copay was due. I explained (again) that I was ready to pay, but simply needed the correct documentation first. Rather than acknowledging the communication gap, she kept reiterating the due payment as if I had been avoiding it, which I found dismissive and unprofessional. From the beginning, appointments were mentioned to be booked under Dr. Asha’s name, but I’ve never actually seen her. I was always attended by other doctors (good ones though), which felt kind of misleading. The overall experience has been filled with poor communication, scheduling issues, and a lack of basic customer service. I expected more from a medical practice.

Our experience with this Dr. Asha was absolutely wonderful. We needed an urgent appointment for my dad, and they kindly accommodated us right away. The doctor was incredibly sweet, patient, and attentive.

She took the time to thoroughly address all of my dad's concerns and explained everything clearly. It was our first visit, and we were so impressed by how pleasant and easy she was to talk to. We truly loved the experience and would highly recommend her!
