Whoever answers the phone for scheduling is so rude. I tried calling multiple times and finally got someone. She was so short and sounded bothered to even be talking on the phone. Then while looking for my insurance card which did not even take more than 30 seconds, receptionist had the nerve to say "can you hurry up I don't have all day to wait for you. " Horrible customer service for a PAYING customer. I didn't even want to give my insurance card info and pay cash but she insisted we give it in order to "consult with the doctor" to see if I can be seen, not even schedule an appointment.

Called at 7/2/19 11am. Tried to call back and no answer. It was only a close location to home but I'd be happy to drive somewhere else. It's not even ASAP if you can't get in . Short tip- if you don't have patience on the phone then don't talk to the public.

Staff was very welcoming and professional. Comfortable waiting space to fill out paperwork for the dentist. Dentist was very nice and professional and explained what she was going to be doing to my teeth. I really liked that.
