Dr. Taft is so considerate during my entire procedure with her. She takes the time to explain and show real care and compassion on my sensitive to my clean and my tooth care. Always leave happy with whatever procedure I have done with her. A sure recommendation to anyone who have any dental issues.

I am not sure how this office can possibly get great reviews. I don't even know where to start. I was told by Gene the so call office manager to wait for the new year for new coverage because I used all my coverage for 2024 and i did just that. He said he will contact the first business of January to schedule to come in to start the process for the implant. After call several times and text with no response finally I was able to speak to Gene, let me remain you he was supposedly checking with my insurance for several to guarantee their payment. The agreement wait to January for new coverage to complete the work. After several month Gene the office manager told me to find another Dr because the lab he use doesn't use the right system to get me an implant.

When ask to speak to the dentist he denied me the right to. Meanwhile, the oral surgeon from a reputable office told me after this long the implant maybe in danger and may not work. Also, during a visit they inserted an instrument in my mouth that's reusable without covering it with the plastic cover. When I brought it up to the dentist attention she said it's ok we sanitized our equipment well. I va am disappointed and devastated. According to him Dr's office accepts my insurance but not the lab. Ge wasn't competent enough to find out whether the lab also accepts my insurance.

It's ok, maybe it's for the best. Dr's white scrub was dirty, it was every color but it's original white color and an unpleasant odor. I would not have returned after the implant's. Office is definitely clean, very up to date with technology but hygiene is key for me, especially when someone so close to your face. Dr Lyuba Taft Is a thumb down for more than one reason.

I had a very weird and uncomfortable experience here. The dentist gave me unsolicited and inaccurate advice about breastfeeding. This was irrelevant to my dental care and against the recommendations of the American Academy of Pediatrics. I felt like she didn’t care to know my history, just wanted to pull a tooth that I clearly didn’t feel comfortable with.

She gave me a very short and painful cleaning. After speaking with other local people who’ve been here, seems like they just want to find ways to get your money and don’t really care about their clients. I will not be returning.
