I needed a new dentist and the reviews for Artistic Smiles Dentistry is what helped me make my decision. There is a wait list. I can say with complete confidence that it is absolutely worth the wait - however they will accommodate earlier if there are issues present that you're concerned with. I waited a year for my appointment - and would do it again, and again, and again - if it meant that I was able to be seen by this team. . they are that good. I am so sorry to be forgetting the lovely receptionist's name, but she gave me a tour of the establishment before my appointment and that was my first indication of the level of professionalism present in the office. I was blown away by the kindness that the entire staff displayed, from beginning to end.

My dental hygienist Emily Elizabeth truly felt like an old friend, how many of you can say that about a dentist appointment? I know that I couldn't before coming to Artistic Smiles. When I walked into their office, I was SO nervous. . absolutely dreading my appointment due to anxiety. When I walked out of their office, I made it to my car, had a little deep breath, and was so overcome by relief that I cried. I am choosing to be vulnerable while writing this on the off chance that it helps someone in a similar situation, because I was very afraid. But I promise you, you will be in good hands here. I would not say that if it wasn't the complete truth, they are a special crew. When Dr. Pat came in, she sat down next to me and shared her journey with anxiety.

Her transparency and kindness completely eased my fears. Unbelievably compassionate. She took her time with me, and was genuine from the beginning to the end. I could go on, I really could. I have sat with the experience for a couple weeks before writing my review, and my opinion of them has only improved with time. . receiving a letter yesterday from Dr. Pat, thanking me for choosing their office and trusting them with the services required. Absolutely top-notch, this is the dentist office to go to in the Fox Cities.

Over the course of approximately eight years, I have been a patient at Artistic Smiles Dentistry. Prior to this experience, dental visits were not emphasized within my family, and I suffered from severe gingivitis, characterized by bleeding even during routine tooth brushing. On my initial visit, Amanda, the dental hygienist, took the time to engage with me personally. She inquired about my background and listened attentively to the challenges I was facing. Her reassurance, stating, “This will be painful in the beginning, but we will guide you through this and ensure you emerge better in the end,” provided me with a sense of hope.

Historically, my experiences at the dentist were associated with discomfort, pain, and significant bleeding. Amanda dedicated a substantial amount of time to numbing my gums, often spending up to twenty minutes before she could commence the cleaning process. However, fueled by her promise, I learned to trust her expertise. Fast forward to the present day (May 8, 2025), after attending biannual appointments, I can confidently state that my dental health has improved significantly, with my teeth and gums in the best condition of my life. I now genuinely anticipate my visits to the dentist, which have transformed into interactions akin to those with a good friend, resulting in minimal discomfort and a profound sense of relief.

I am profoundly grateful for the comprehensive care and attention I received throughout my journey. Artistic Smiles Dentistry set aside the necessary time to understand my needs as an individual, which ultimately granted me the results I had previously deemed unattainable. Ever since I’ve had teeth, I’ve had terrible experiences at multiple different dentists. Artistic smiles are the opposite of those past experiences. Professional, friendly and actually the best experience I’ve had at a dentist. They get your teeth clean and fully explain any issues that may need attention.

We put together a treatment plan with priorities and a timeline. I would say my search for a good dentist team is over.

I love Dr.McConnell and her team. Been going to see her for about 4 years and now have all three children and husband go as well. She is very patient, kind and caring. She goes above and beyond to give you the best care and treatment! The staff is always so kind and helpful! Even though they are out of network I choose to go here because they are worth it !
