Don't walk…Run! I am very much baffled on how this company has gotten The stars that it has gotten after experiencing what I experienced today from what I would hope is the receptionist and not the doctor, which makes it even worse because she is front of the line customer service. Let me first say that I am an Entertainer/RadioHost from the area, looking for a new dental office. I came across this dental office After Google attach this dental office via Groupon. I was Excited yet, curious on their promotional rates for new patients which included a "Dental package". To my understanding after reading the promotion, there were 3 packages that a Patient could choose from. Well, this is where the story begins. When I first called the woman that answer, the phone answered extremely unprofessional, not truly announcing the company or her name. Which was the first red flag as it sound as though she was working from home I could be mistaken, but there was noise in the background, which wasn't too much of a bother. It was the way she addressed me just from the first sentence. I called very happy greeted this woman, stated who I was I. E.

my name… I explained I was inquiring about the packages Promoted and I wanted to also know "if I was able to take any x-rays with me if needed, As I was not as familiar with their dental office? This woman literally started the conversation by saying what do you people actually want? I pretend as though I did not hear her statement while ignoring her tone. As I was completely thrown back, confused at why she was Passively aggressive in How she addressed me as I was only wanting to inquiries And make an appointment as a new patient? After asking a couple of questions which She made me feel extremely uncomfortable as though I was doing something wrong by inquiring? I then asked her name so then I could know who I was speaking w and how to address w/ respect once I visit the office for my new appointment which we hadn't even gotten there yet… Because her attitude was horrific to say the least Extremely appalling and very discriminatory. Once I asked her name, she proceeded to laugh and say "I mean, are you really a patient because you're not acting like you're a patient"!? I was so appalled & thrown back by this now a 2nd offensive statement. Accompanied by the Nastiest attitude. I even tried to explain how she was making me feel? As I Politely asked did she have issues before w other customers is that why she stated To me, "you people"? She tried gaslighting by Stating "it's 3 packages" that is why she stated the comment "you people". I'm not sure how "you people" equals information on packages? She then proceeded with the most appalling, disgusting demeanor not letting me finish as I was extremely kind, calm, and Manageable. As she was making me uncomfortable. This woman yelled than actually hung up the phone, after stating that I was asking questions which I only ask TWO… And I wasn't acting like I was a patient so who exactly was I? Huh? I'm not sure if the staff brings personal issues into their office but as a new patient and a pillar of the community, I was so Offended and disgusted By this behavior. I did not deserve that as I spoke & Greeted her kindly w respect. None to which she gave me from beginning to end of hanging up Abruptly and unnecessarily due to her own lack of customer service and self-Control & self-respect. I am a community leader & known humanitarian.

I have a reputable job working with the community as well working w appointed senators, Delegates, politicians, entertainers, etc. If this is the level of quality and in service, that this dental office has to provide. . . just from the first introduction, which only lasted maybe 5 to 8 minutes then this shows why they are on a Groupon platform soliciting promotional prices. Then do yourself a favor don't walk but run from this place! Follow-up: This is very much an Honest review, as I am disappointed w your response. No accountability. It again confirms the lack of kindness & professionalism by this Company. #RUN!

Dr. Moshiri is truly an incredible dentist! She is extremely thorough and is an expert at her craft. I’ve been a patient for the last four years and have never had a poor experience. I recently got composite veneers done by Dr.

Moshiri and her work is just perfection. I was always insecure about my smile. But now I’ve gained so much confidence and happiness with my teeth, all because of her magical artistry. Genuinely the best dental experience I’ve ever had!

She explained everything very thoroughly and presented with a great plan within my budget! I also love the fact that she designs your smile before she starts her treatment. I’ve been seeing Dr. Moshiri for over 5 years, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! She is not only a dentist but also an artist—her work is absolutely perfect. From the moment I walk in, the staff is welcoming, and Dr. Moshiri always makes me feel at ease.

She is polite, respectful, and takes the time to explain every procedure thoroughly. I appreciate her economical plans that allow me to check all of my teeth and get a cleaning every 6 months without any stress. I highly recommend Dr. Moshiri to anyone looking for a trusted, skilled, and caring dentist!
