My dad, who is 78 years old has been a patient of this horrible dentist office for a few months. 1. The authorizations that are rejected by the insurance plans, are not being filled out properly. A general dentist named Espinosa mistreated my dad last week, March 12th. She was rude and unprofessional.

She told him, he couldn't spit the water out of his mouth! When his home attendant asked why not, she told the home attendant she had to leave the room. Of course, she did, Espinosa, doesn't have a witness to see her wicked behavior. My dad had a question at the end of the cleaning, Espinosa abruptly told him, "I can't answer any questions. I have another patient!" It's obvious, that Espinosa has behaved this way before and no one has reported her. I've left several messages, requesting her full name and NPI.

I've never received a response (email or call back)! I had to call his insurance plan. I'm sure she has family/friends give her 5 starts! The person that gave her 5 stars, doesn't have a real profile, it's probably her. The majority of the reviews on the dentist page are all 5 ****, that's probably staff. Call 311 and complain.

It is my first time visiting the clinic and a little bit scared because of the ratings here google. But.. I AM SO IMPRESSED!! When i went inside, the place is very big and clean , they have great staff here too!! Overall an amazing experience, typically don’t enjoy the dentist but the staff make it hard not to. Highly recommend!!

My mother’s insurance isn’t accepted by many periodontists in Queens, so I called this office to see if they could take her. Since she didn’t have a referral, they said she would first need to see their general dentist. During that appointment, the dentist confirmed she needed to see a periodontist and referred her internally—to a specialist who only comes in once a month. They scheduled her for the next available appointment, which luckily fell on a Saturday, so I went with her. We arrived at 8:50 AM for her 9:00 AM appointment, and the waiting room was already full. No one was at the front desk, so we joined the small line that had formed. When it was our turn, the receptionist informed us—without prior warning—that my mother would have to pay out of pocket for the visit. I asked why we weren’t told this earlier, and she said the insurance only covers one specialist visit per year, and my mother had already seen this periodontist two months ago.

She pointed to her screen and said, “It shows she was seen on [date]. ” If they had that information, why didn’t they notify us earlier? They had weeks to do so. My mother waited over a month for this appointment only to be told she couldn’t use her insurance. The lack of transparency is extremely unprofessional and raised serious red flags for me. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of her financially. Unfortunately, this seems to be a pattern with many dental offices in Queens—driven more by greed than patient care. I won’t even go into the bad experience she had at another office before this one, but I had hoped this place would be different. It wasn’t.

A total disappointment. Since then, I’ve called multiple times asking for a copy of the referral and still haven’t received anything. I even followed up with an email, and nothing. They said it would take 24 hours, but it’s been over a week. Completely disorganized, unresponsive, and unprofessional. Avoid this office at all costs.

1st time here & I had an amazing experience. No complaints at all! I was seen less than 10min after my appointment time. Check in was easy. All of the staff were friendly. The dental assistant & dentist were friendly, knowledgeable & did great at their job!
