I have tried calling for two weeks to set up an appointment left voicemails and even called this morning right after opening. Then called later today with zero answering from the front desk staff or even a single call back to set up an appointment from the previous week or morning call. I’m starting to understand the 2* rating if this is how they conduct business.

They are patient with me because I am handicap and walk slow . My insurance is very slow on getting things approved but as soon as I find out it's approved I call them and they get me in and fixed up . I've been waiting since January to get answers about if the paperwork was sent in for the work that needs to be done. I find out today 6-5-24 that they are no longer in network and I have been calling since March and nobody would return my call.

Sure would have been nice if they would have told me they were not taking my insurance anymore. There isn't another Dentist in Maryville that does the work that I need done. The only office that does is in Powell and I do not drive and I'm not going to have someone take me all the way out there.

Very pleased with this place I had my doubts for a minute because I couldn't get through to anyone on the phone but I reached out through email and Sara got back to me immediately and put my mind at ease. No complaints. As a matter of fact Dr. Lovely even filled two cavities while he did my root canal and I didn't expect him to. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This office didn’t actually do anything for me except charge my insurance, which yes X-rays and an exam were given. They don’t do cleanings and if I wasn’t willing to do every bit of (not covered) work the dentist recommended, they wouldn’t do anything. Nothing. I never received a phone call after or was offered any appointments. Which is disappointing considering if you went their regular office, not this tenncare office, your level of service would be significantly different.

I felt like I was treated less than because I have tenncare. Very sad and discouraging. I will not return nor would I ever recommend anyone going. This type of visit and behavior is why people don’t enjoy the dentist.
