The best dentist I have ever had. She is very gentle, kind, and thorough. She truly cares about her patients and their health above anything else. I highly recommend coming here!

They deleted the bad review I left. I wouldn’t expect anything different from this dentist office!! Stay far away ZERO out of ZERO!! Check below for previous review that was deleted. I have more to add now. Called to get my medical records or X-rays transferred to another dental office. Was advised I would not be able to get my records until I cleared my balance which is a hippa violation. When I had my new dentist office contact them, they advised they were unaware of the fact that they cannot withhold medical records due to financial obligations on a patients account. She has been in business many years, I don’t believe they didn’t know this.
I have a message from her staff telling me they will not send my records. They then agree to send records and now somehow they are having trouble sending them. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I will be reporting them to the ADA. I am unable to get continued car because they are withholding my medical records!! Too bad I am not allowed to give out zero stars. 1 star is too high for this place. This office bleeds you dry of money for services they neglected to check would be covered at the time. EVERY SINGLE time I go for an appointment the lady at the desk tells me I have a new bill due.
My last service for my son was not covered because he had the same service done less than 3 years prior. They never contacted the insurance company to see if the service could be covered again so soon. The dentist denied seeing me because I couldn’t for the 4th time come in to an unexpected bill and make a payment. I took off of work to get my cleaning and she denied to provide my cleaning. I would stay far far away from this place!! I am finally tired of having a new bill whenever I come for a service. I am so happy to be finding a new dentist! -0000 starts is my rating of this place.
