Called during business hours/left voicemail/sent email with request to call back…. Nothing for over a week. Finally called office again and was able to speak with receptionist. Once asked if they got my voicemail/email receptionist acknowledged my name is familiar, but no one just called me back. I was offered an appointment with another 2 week of wait time and when I emphasized that my tooth hurt all this time - she just laughed.

Receptionist said that if I want I can look for a different office (which by the way I did and I am happy about it). Unprofessional behavior, unwelcoming environment. Hopefully next potential client will be treated better and will at least receive a call back.

Extremely grateful for service provided. Was told by home dentist a Root Canal would be 3 months out. If you know the crippling pain that comes with needing the procedure then you know 3 months is too long. Received a referral for this office and they took care of it same day with a late appointment. Very pleasant service. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Ann at the front desk was super helpful. They got me in fairly quickly and used all the info that was sent from my dentist, which made the paperwork fairly simple. Dr. Huynh did a really thorough evaluation on the area bothering me and the entire team took great care of me. I hope you don’t have to end up here (because root canals are no fun) , but if you do, know that you’ll be in good hands.

I was super anxious about getting a Root Canal done but it went smoother than I expected. I experienced very little to no pain at all during the procedure. I didn’t even feel a thing during the administration of anesthesia. Dr. Gill is informative and gentle. Highly recommend!
