My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Freeman for years and find him qualified and accommodating. The front desk is helpful and efficient. Friendly is the way to describe the whole office.

Just Me
Decided to leave the practice. Dr Freeman is fine but I’ve had to wait every time I come in but the time I came in a bit late, even calling to say I’m running late and told it was ok then turned away as I arrived. Then offered an appointment three months later. Thanks but no thanks.
Hope your early departure was worth losing a long time patient. Done with the unfriendly attitude at the desk anyway.

Dr. Freeman is an excellent dentist. He is the perfect dentist for the entire family! My daughters have been seeing him since they were 4 years old (when we moved into the area).
I hope people read the comments, because it is completely unfair to judge this dentist based on an interaction with anyone other than him. If you'd like to complain about the staff or policies you should rate the practice, NOT the individual doctor.

I brought my children to this office years ago when we first moved to Chesterfield. Years later my adult son has been a patient for the last couple of years. I think his service has been abysmal. He has paid in full for extraction and root canal and now needs another root canal service. These have been expensive and after paying in full for every expensive service so far, knowing that his insurance has paid as much as they are going to this year, Dr Freeman still thought it was a good idea to drill out a deep cavity and now, the painful tooth is unfilled and needs a root canal.
They allow no payment plans. ?? At this point, I feel like they are taking advantage of a young man who just wants to take care of his health. I am beginning to wonder if he even needed the services provided to date. I don’t know what is going on here, I think my son is being taken advantage of. After paying thousands of dollars up front and no end in site to his dental “health”.
I am worried that they are literally causing more problems. Unfortunately I can’t get my son to get a second opinion.
