It’s a Shame How Greed is Taking Over the Health System After moving from another state to Mississippi, I chose this dental office for my family — and I truly regret it. My first visit was not pleasant. From the moment I sat down, they were aggressively pushing me to sign up for Invisalign, even though I didn’t need it. I refused. Later, my wife went in for a simple tooth repair after a small break.

Instead of offering a basic solution, they insisted on placing a crown. When she returned for the crown appointment, they suddenly claimed she now needed a root canal — and conveniently had time to do it right away, even though they supposedly work by appointment only. Thankfully, my wife asked to be referred to another dentist. That’s when we discovered the crown they had installed wasn’t even properly aligned with her bite, and a new panoramic X-ray showed no signs that a root canal was needed. This experience clearly shows how some clinics prioritize profit over patient care.

Unnecessary treatments, pressure tactics, and poor workmanship — be cautious, and always seek a second opinion. Your health and peace of mind matter more than their bottom line. I will be reporting this to our insurance, that are not angels either.

Amber was great! Very thorough and gentle. She was very kind and gave my son a ball to play with and was patient while I tried to play him videos to calm him down. They also took a peek at his teeth and made him an adorable certificate and let me take a pic of him in the chair for his first visit 🥰 overall great experience and very affordable.

The staff needs to communicate better when it comes to payment. I was told what to pay before the procedure & 2 weeks later they needed another payment. They need to let people know ahead of time there’s a possibility more is due so people can be prepared.

I also asked to speak to the office manager & was told she wasn’t there at 9am the clinic opened at 8 so that was odd to me. I’m not sure if I will return to this clinic yet.

Dr. Huddleston… I was really hopeful that I could find a dentist who would be knowledgeable, caring and skillful. Unfortunately what I found was an individual whose bedside manner, patience, skill and customer service was far less than acceptable. I gave this location and Dr. three opportunities to keep my business and support and wow, did they drop the ball. 1st initial visit was a press on up sales for Invisalign commitment the very same day without allowing me time to consider the pro & cons. But I understand this is probably how the Dr. makes their best money. I Looked past it. 2nd visit was to have cavities filled on my treatment plan. The process was rushed, sloppy, and in now way helpful to me. “Dr Huddleston” spoke friendly but made it seem as though I was holding her up from being somewhere else (8am appointment).

Not only were the fillings inaccurately filled, she stuck me with “medicine” that I had no knowledge of until after the procedure. Great care should have been taken to ask me first, before putting chemicals into my body without my permission, and only stated “oh we didn’t charge you for that”. Immediately after the procedure I informed that my bite wasnt correct, it was obvious that she was annoyed with my response and drilled the area down very quickly then powered the chair up to sitting position before I could even respond then walked out without asking if I were satisfied, ok or had further questions or anything. That was extremely rude. But some people are just that way I guess. 3rd visit for the bite correction four days after procedure I explained that one of the fillings covered two teeth and went in between my gums which prevented me from being able to floss and added pressure to my gums. When this was brought to her attention on the bite correction appointment she treated the situation as though I were lying. The intern began to ask her how the composite resin ended up between the two teeth blocking entrance for flossing, and Dr. Huddleston immediately stifled her and stated “we’ll talk about it before the next client”. When truthfully she should have told her, I did a very poor job on this filling and now I have to correct it. After drilling away the misplaced composite there is a large gap between my teeth which is sharp on the corners. There was no polishing of the repair just a really quick filing that still left sharp corners.

I’ve never been so uncomfortable with care and wanted to get out of there. Dr. Huddleston just gets up and walks out without any following questions or instructions as if she needed to be somewhere else, again. Will this very poor work cause me issues later, I don’t know. Hopefully not. I can work with a persons bad attitude toward work but what I can’t accept is a poor attitude on top of lack of skill. You can’t have a be a double negative trying to work in a field that is crucial to a persons self care. It’s an extremely bad combination, disadvantage and liability to this dental office. I won’t be returning I value myself enough to know when enough is enough.
