Worst dental place ever! Their oral hygienist/s feel as they just got out of school and are practicing on you. The “dentist” did a horrible job on questionable fillings and a week later they fell out. “Questionable” meaning they filled in the spaces between teeth and gum?!?!! 😡 The office manager is very defensive and not at all easy to work with. Both my husband and myself had horrible experience at this place.

Also reported them to the insurance carriers so they’re aware of the type of facility this is. If you’re going to your first visit be prepared to only get your X-rays and consultation done. This is a waste of time that they do not do a cleaning that same day, therefore you have to make a 2nd appt (waste of time).

If you are looking for punctual this is NOT the office! I have gone to the country walk office and the one on Kendall and 162 and in both offices they are constantly running late. My appointment was at 11:30 it is now 12:01 and still waiting! My husband brought our son last week had an appointment at 2pm and he left at around 4:30-5:00! This is unacceptable and should be known.

So to everyone who is looking for a pediatric dentist i do not recommend this office!

I am beyond annoyed with this office. I NEVER do reviews but they have irked me so much with the lack of care for their patients time that I just had to. I’ve been a patient for about 4 years now and they have time and time again cancelled my cleanings the day before as if I didn’t have a work and travel schedule that had to be moved around just for my appointment. I showed up today for my appointment and they were like “oh we called you yesterday to cancel your appointment”. .

. . AGAIN. Yet I had no missed calls nor a voicemail. I DONT EVEN LIVE IN Miami, I live in NY!!! I’m having to schedule these way in advance for when I visit my family here.

I will surely be finding a new dentist, it is unfair that I’ve been waiting since January when my actual cleaning was scheduled and then repeatedly canceled up till now, to not even be seen. There have been times when they cancel on me because only 1 or 2 patients are getting a cleaning that day and so the hygienist will not be coming in that day. So are 1-2 patients not good enough? I have had enough with them.

If you have half of a day or a whole day to waste in a dentist appointment, then this is the dentist for you! If not, stay away! I had 2 appointments one at 10:00 and one at 11:00 for my son. I was notified to get there 15 min earlier for the paperwork. I was there at 9:45. At 11:30, I had not been called yet for my first appointment! I was told that everyone showed up today, so they were behind! How can you be behind when you have been opened for an hour only.

Apparently they overbook people to make sure they make their money! This is not the kind of dental office for me. I prefer the smaller offices with one or two doctors who know what they are doing than those big offices that are only concerned about charging you! I had another commitment at 12:00 so I had to walk out without any care done. Thankfully, I was a new customer so I asked them to shred my paperwork and won’t be returning! What is the use of making an appointment if you are going to spend half of the day there!
