BEWARE! This business is NOT BBB Accredited!!! I went in for a simple extraction and was told I needed a $1,000 bone graft because of infection. I explained clearly — and tearfully — that I couldn’t afford that kind of expense, but I was not given a choice or told it was optional. They pushed me into signing up for a loan to pay for it, even though I told them I couldn’t afford it. I later found out that in cases like mine, bone grafts are often optional, especially when there’s no long-term implant plan. I sent a formal email to the office requesting documentation and an explanation, and they never responded.

I’m incredibly disappointed in how I was treated, and how my financial vulnerability was ignored. I would not recommend this office to anyone who expects transparency or compassion. *Update- I called the number below and not surprisingly I had to leave a message and have yet to get a call back.

The waiting times can be surprisingly long—if your appointment is at 2 p.m., you might not be seen until 3. While the delays are definitely frustrating, I will say the dental team and staff are always kind and professional, which helps make the experience a bit more bearable.

If you are able to wait at least 2 hours for your consultation then this is your place, dentist, Orthodontist etc, are all good. To be clear, my son is being a patient here for a couple of years and NOT even ONCE we waited less than 2 hours. This review is not going to make any difference but for new people looking for dental places could be helpful to know. Be aware this is ALL the time, every single appointment.

By the way today is Saturday and google says CLOSED. I’m here still waiting with my son for his cleaning 😩 since 10am. 11. 37 am,I guess it’s not 2 hours yet😂

First impression of the office wasn’t too good. Many patients scheduled at once and overall not the nicest place in appearance. No place to sit and wait for my children and in my opinion, not enough staff for all the patients appointments. Both of my kids had their braces placed here and I have to say that I regret choosing this office so much. I have come to several appointments only to find out that they have switched my times. Even after providing proof of the appointment reminder received.

This office should be closed down. No patient privacy and nowhere for anyone to sit, Specially if you are coming in with a minor. Stay away. I highly recommend it! Take your time and choose an appropriate location. Specially if you will be coming for a long time.
