I had an appointment this morning for my two kids, which included a cleaning, X-rays, and a consultation with the dentist. After receiving a treatment plan, we informed the front office that we would review the details and costs before scheduling further procedures. Later, we realized we forgot to request school excuse forms for our kids. I tried calling the clinic at least ten times from two different phones throughout the day, but no one answered.
I left a voicemail but received no response. Around 3 PM, I went back in person to request the forms. While speaking to someone at the front desk, the same staff member who had gone over the treatment plan with us earlier informed me that she had just emailed the forms. When I mentioned my multiple unanswered calls, she dismissively stated that voicemails are typically returned within 24 hours.
This lack of responsiveness and poor customer service was extremely frustrating. Given this experience, I will not be returning to this clinic for future appointments.

I went to Dr foreman expecting to need an extraction of a tooth that I needed to suppott a bridge above it. Dr Foreman looked at the X-ray and decided it was worth a try to remove the crown and fill it. Soon this was done and a temporary crown in place.
This was paid for completely by my insurance. This was a miracle to me! Dr foreman and her assistant were very professional and friendly as were all the staff I encountered!.

Very friendly efficient staff who obviously enjoy working together. The facility is clean and welcoming with no Fox News on the TVs! They take care to not cause pain but do a thorough job.

Hi all, I have a horrid fear of dentists, which kept me away for years, subsequently I ground my bottom teeth down to almost nothing, hated to smile & have anyone see what my neglect had caused. I found this incredible office through my insurance company & reluctantly went, with my husband almost pushing me in their door! I was welcomed by an amazing staff, who fully understood my reluctance & almost immediately calmed my fears.
From Bree at the reception desk to all the techs, & of course the Dentist I was treated amazingly! All my work was done, I now have a great new smile, & would recommend this office to anyone!
