Classic bait and switch financial tactics. Had to pay over 800 bucks for a Root Canal and I was told it was only that amount after my insurancecoveringthe rest, then I get no call when they want more money after the job is done, only a letter that has been forwarded to my new address. I even told them I am moving I I need to pay all at once. What a scam!

Where do I start? First of all the office smelt like straight up cigarettes. Only good part was one of the office ladies were nice, but then I knew I was gonna have a bad experience soon as I was called back. The nurse that was assisting the doctor had an attitude, and when I asked for some topical gel, so the numbing wouldn’t hurt as Bad the doctor had a huge attitude about that, so he stuck a Q-tip in my mouth didn’t give the gel a minute to set in and tried to stick the needle in my mouth without even telling me to open my mouth and I asked him to give me a minute and he was very impatient and said he could refer me to an oral surgeon that could just take the tooth out.
This was a horrible experience not only did he have bad bedside manner He was also working on other patients while he was working on me! I don’t think he even changed his gloves, and it was very uncomfortable to have my mouth just sitting open while he went to go work on other people. When he was completed with the Root Canal. He didn’t even say anything to me just walked out of the room and his assistant handed me a red piece of paper and said this is what you do after.
Please do not go here if you need a root canal.

I visited Aloe and Carr for a Root Canal. It was one of the most horrible experiences I’ve ever had. I suffered for over a week with tooth pain then I assisted on being referred to a surgeon which they did do. I was told that I possibly had a cracked tooth because prior work was done on that tooth.
I cannot recommend Aloe & Carr under circumstances where there is severe pain and immediate attention is warranted. I was loaded with too many medication’s, which kept me sick with nausea and vomiting. Find a doctor who cares about you and investigates the problem.

I hate dentists but needed a Root Canal and dr. Aloe was very gentle with the injections and explained the procedure during. If you need a root canal this is the office to go!! Everyone was happy and made it a great experience.
