This place displayed the most unprofessionalism to the point that I have to give a review, which I try not to do, especially when it comes to black-owned/operated establishments. FYI, I live in the area of this company and constantly attempt to do business in my area but these businesses have made that so difficult. Yes, of course, it may be the front desk staff that's the problem but they are only doing what their superiors allow. I had an appointment scheduled for this past Monday 10/16 at 9a. Upon my early arrival, the building was completely closed.

I waited for about an hour and tried calling them several times, thinking they were running late. Even another customer showed up for a 9:30a appointment. SMH. I called today, 10/18, just to see if the company was closed down but they answered and said they called me on 10/12, to tell me that they "no longer" have appointments on Mondays. That was a complete lie because I have no missed calls or voicemails and not to mention, one of my children are scheduled for next Monday and they still haven't called concerning that appointment, ummm okay, but dared to ask if I wanted to reschedule, NO, NOT EVER!!! FIRST OF ALL, when did you decide on no longer having Monday appointments because I sure didn't make that appointment last week, meaning, it was in place for awhile.

I guess you all decided Sunday night. . smh SECOND OF ALL, you should have accommodated the PREVIOUSLY scheduled Monday appointments and THEN started anew. I've already waited too long for that appointment. THIRD OF ALL, if there was such a change, why there's no update of said change on you all's voicemail, door, or Google? JUST RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE!!!

I love Dr Ashley Williams, she’s very nice and professional. Her staff is amazing as well. When I first started going to her, I explained that I have a phobia of dentist. She assured me that I was in good hands, and I must say I truly was. She was very compassionate and understanding. My mom referred me to her and I referred my son. She’s my dentist for life.

This is the worst place to visit she's never open, you could never get an answer or a appointment, she doesn't clean properly nor fill your teeth in the order that she suppose to. You will have more cavities then you could even know about I wouldn't take my dog to this place its a mess please search for better because your smile is what matter and is very important it apart of you.

This what I experience this is nothing that I heard move alone please move forward. Have A Bless Day!
