Our visits have always been pleasant and efficient, with the kids never expressing any issues with the staff or the doctor. The check-in process is smooth since they send all necessary paperwork ahead of time, allowing for any adjustments. I appreciate being able to bring all four of my kids in for appointments simultaneously, which saves me from juggling multiple visits and missing work.

The team is consistently friendly and supportive, ensuring we have everything we need both upon arrival and departure. We've been with them for 12 years and continue to be very satisfied!

We had a GREAT experience at All Smiles! My daughter is special needs and had a horrible experience at a previous clinic, which left her terrified of the dentist. From the minute we walked through the door at All Smiles the experience was amazing! Everyone was friendly, check in was simple, and her dental hygienist, Carissa, was incredible, as was the other gal (Zoe, I think?) who was making detailed notes in my daughters chart to ensure our next visit goes just as smoothly! Anything that my daughter showed fear towards or advocated against, they absolutely listened and didn’t push it. They were patient, explained everything to my daughter and spoke to her directly.

They watched her body language and made sure she was comfortable with everything they were doing. Heck, they even sang to her during her cleaning to help her stay calm. Literally the BEST experience I have ever had at a dental clinic, period!

My 4 year old daughter saw Morgan and she was AMAZING. Friendly, talkative, made my daughter feel as comfortable as she could. It was our first time here and we will be going back. The only down side I had was being a new patient it was harder to find the office. (Map takes you right there) but a sign is needed at the main entrance ensuring the patients we are in the right spot.

The website for this place gives the impression that this office is clean and professional. While the staff was gracious and kind with my family despite my husband forgetting the appointment time, the location was really gross. Walking into the front, the area smelled like urine. Additionally, the room the took us back into was extremely dirty. The floors were covered in debris, and the computers and desk near the chairs were filthy. The chairs for the kids were cracked, stained, and did not have covers on them like most dental offices.

I was extremely grossed out by how unclean the office was. We will not be coming back. I am giving a two star review instead of a one because the staff was great. This office is extremely dingy and dirty.
