Wow! Where to begin. How about 33years ago. I have always been treated like family. Dr.

Rifkin and the dental team are very professional and honest making it very comfortable and uplifting. I am extremely pleased with the level of safety that Dr. Rifkin has provided during this pandemic to not only the patients but the staff as well. Each visit always exceeds my expectations and I would just like to thank The Rifkin Dental Team !

Review of Dr Susan Rifkin What a refreshing experience! If I could give Dr. Susan Rifkin and her incredible staff a rating of 10 stars, I would! It always pleases me to be able to say, “Good Job!”, but unfortunately, I find that this has become harder to do these days. I have high expectations and do not have much patience with mediocrity and try to avoid it. (I waited 1 ½ hours past my scheduled appointment with my Emory cardiologist the week before seeing Dr. Rifkin. I walked out in disgust . . after his nurse told me. “Oh, he is usually an hour behind in appointments. No apology. ) I understand that sometimes problems arise and that delays do occur. But those should be the exceptions and not the rule.

I was fortunate that a neighbor ( with great credentials) recommended Dr Susan Rifkin to me as a dentist. Dr. Rifkin and her wonderful staff are incredible. Phones are answered quickly and pleasantly; no long holds or a menu of 50 endless hoops to jump thru. Appointments are quickly and efficiently scheduled. The office is beautiful and soothing. It is conveniently located and easily accessible. There is a covered parking garage with free parking; no $7 minimum like many doctors' offices. The entire staff seems to enjoy what they are doing and are very patient-friendly. The office functions very efficiently; no extended waiting or down time. Dr Rifkin is the most thorough, conscientious, kind, personable. accommodating, and focused health care professional that I have encountered in 65 years .

. . and I have seen a number of doctors across the US in my life. I went in as anew patient for a routine cleaning. Dr. Rifkin seemed to have all the time in the world to do an excellent exam and discovered a couple of cavities of which I was unaware --although I had seen my peridontist only six months ago and brush, WaterPik, floss, and gargle twice daily; my first cavities ever. When was the last time your doctor sent you a hand-written follow- up note thanking you for being a patient? I just received such a note from Dr. Rifkin. I don't believe you can find a better dentist than Dr. Rifkin. I recommend that you see this for yourself. Bob Harris Sept 27, 2021

Best dentist in Atlanta. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Location is ideal. Office is beautiful and clean. Dr. Rifkin is the best. She has the best bedside manor. She is a perfectionist and does beautiful work. Not a better dental office in atlanta. I have been a patient here for over 30 years!
