It has been longer than I'd like to admit since I've visited the dentist. Thankfully this experience was smoother than I could have hoped.

It was a big relief to come in and be treated well by Terrie and her entire staff! I am leaving with better information than I was given from other dentists and feel prepared to take better care of my oral health moving forward! Again huge thanks to everyone that took care of me today!

Tran? Absolutely phenomenal! Not only did I get my cleaning done, but I also had my fillings taken care of—all with such precision and care. I can't even begin to describe how amazing my visit was. Sew Sweet Paradise

Dr. Tran and her staff are AMAZING! I am a new patient and hadn’t had my teeth cleaned in a while. My hygienist, Jennifer, was thorough and gentle, and she never made me feel bad for not taking care of it sooner. Her and Erin both took very good care of me! I returned a few days later to have 6 fillings and a crown replacement, all done at once, and it was painless! Dr. Tran and her assistant were gentle, personable, and they did an excellent job.

I like how they make permanent crowns in their own office the same day. I was thankful to have everything done in one day and not have to return. Also want to give a shout out to the office manager, Corina! She is a very sharp lady who answered all my questions and made sure I knew exactly what to expect with my treatment and payment beforehand. And Terra at the front desk is so sweet and welcoming! I have found my new dentist, and I have no fear of returning for cleanings or any treatment I may need in the future. ❤️

I have no words. I’m a bit upset to say the least. I’m all over the place but very prominent in my wording. This dental office stole $6,000 dollars from me. I paid them $6,000 in cash for services I was confused upon. I thought I was paying for a crown, a bad tooth and some other work that was imperative I get done. Nope instead it was for a Invisalign kit to straighten my already straight teeth and I’m 60 years old. The reason the dentist had my impressions is because for over $1000 I paid they told me I needed these guards to hold perio restore and Doxycycline in those trays for 20 min a day. See pic below. 👇 This will help kill bacteria and when I have my deep cleaning I’ll be less likely to bleed. And one of the perks it makes your teeth so white. Over $1000 and a waste of my money. Total SCAM ALERT! So we did talk about that Invisalign in my outlined consultation but told them to get my other work done first.

Look at my teeth. Do they look like I need straightening at 60 years old and $6000? Why why would I agree to that? So I brought the Invisalign back at around 12:40 and nobody was around. I was so angry at them I was glad nobody was up front. I laid the box on top of the counter. Nobody would’ve taken it. It’s a good size box and they claim they never received it. Why would anyone steal it. They are lying. They reached out and kept calling me to come in to discuss what happened and that they wanted to make everything right. Great I’m asked to come down and have a meeting. It was 5 against me. I told them I thought I was paying for my next treatment the crowns and the black tooth I have that hurts. Dr Tran said to me Ignorance is Bliss.

Nice real nice. Do you know I also paid $1800 for the deep cleaning. Yep add it up. Over $9000 in cash. No credit card. A debit card. They are more concerned with cosmetic and I’m offended, taken advantage of, no product and my teeth still have the same issues because they kept my money. I wouldn’t let this dentist touch me with a 10 foot pole. Trust is broken and so am I financially and emotionally. Plus they billed my insurance company. Fraudulent too!
