Dental experience fine, inconsistent. Have been patient for a few years now and have had issues with the receptionist argumentatively insisting on unnecessary x-rays. On some occasions the people performing the cleanings have been quite aggressive, but the last time I had a cleaning was not that experience, thankfully, so isn’t always like that. I was recently behind a wreck and in traffic on the way to an appointment and called when it happened to let them know my eta and desk confirmed they could still see me when I arrived.

When I arrived I waited for a few minutes before being told it was too late to be seen. Should have said so on the phone. Dealing with arguing about X-rays with the desk and inconsistent attention to care, then being denied after confirming on the phone is not worth me returning as a patient.

I have been a customer for almost four years now and as years go by, the more satisfaction I feel about the service and treatment. Starting at the front desk, I am greeted with a smile. I give the hygienist five stars as well! When I leave my appointment, my teeth actually clean compared to services received with my previous clinic. Dr.

Ramos is also amazing and takes his time to do his work while also remembering who I am, calling me by name instead of seeing me as just another patient. If I could give this business more than the five stars, I would. I highly recommend this dental clinic and their staff.
