They advertised a free cleaning and exam a few years ago so I booked an appointment and went...before going back I specifically asked the receptionist to double check that my insurance would cover any extra charges ( I had already checked myself)....now I have a bill in collections stating that I owe them. If the collection agency can't resolve this issue I will be reporting this practice!
