They’re a bit heavy handed while working in my mouth. I’ve spoken up on a couple of occasions. When transitioning to another dental office, I asked for cancellation of future appointments, as well as a request to mail my rental records.

I received a shift in attitude from admin staff once they knew I was leaving. Attitude should be professionally in all interactions, not if they’re only a patient.
