I had to wait for 1 hour before the dentist came in my room. Nobody from the office gave me any update in between. The dentist just did cleaning without checking for cavity or sensitivity. She did not ask any pertaining questions. She did not discuss my X-rays taken in the same visit.
The whole treatment was finished in less than 15 minutes. Also poor bed side manners…. I will think twice before going there again and definitely not for any other procedures. It looked like she was overwhelmed and in hurry.

A year ago, I went in for a cavity on one of my molars. It was a fairly large hole that was bothering me, but instead they worked on two other teeth that they claimed had cavities. Absolutely ruined them. It doesn’t feel good and the teeth ended up in a different shape. Somehow it felt like they added cavities because of how much they drilled away. Also could not floss for a while because of how badly done the teeth were.
I went back in because of how much it hurt to floss, and they told me I am flossing wrong and sent me away. They also told me to comeback for the first cavity that I was concerned about and there’s another cavity that needs a filling. In the end, I found another place that fixed my first cavity. New dental office also said there were no other cavities. Went in 6 months later, still no cavities.

This is an unprofessional and rude office. My 73-year-old Mother was seen by Navreet Kaur DDS. They refused me to go in with her to translate. This lady just did her cleaning and did not evaluate the pain/issue which we scheduled for. She refused to speak to a family member.
She did not explain anything to the patient either. I stood and requested to speak to her for 20 minutes but she did not tell us what she saw or what the issues were. The representative at the desk was also rude and was not answering my questions. HORRIBLE PRACTICE. Avoid at all cost!

I went in for a cleaning, I know I have some issues with my teeth as I hadn’t been seen in a very long time and had two back to back pregnancies that really did a number on me. I have sensitivity, pain and bleeding in a few spots. The cleaning was so fast and the whole thing felt like a chop shop- in and out so quick and did not feel thorough enough whatsoever. My insurance only allows me one cleaning per year so it was wasted here with no true evaluation unfortunately.
It was super impersonal, a long line of chairs that felt like a hair salon, I could see into everyone’s area and the dentist just moved along from one spot to the other. MINIMAL privacy.
