Wish I could give 0 stars!!! By far the worst dentist office I've ever experienced in my life!!!! This is twice we have driven 2 hours because we were told that our insurance would cover the procedure would be covered 100% just to get there and then tell us oh it's not covered it'll be 250. 00 a tooth. So we left then they called me back and said it was a mistake and it is covered I asked them if they were sure and they told me yes 100% ok so I take another day off work drive all the way there just to be let down again!!!!! Don't every use these people. They don't know what the hell they are doing.

This is the worst place in Albany. Georgia. They are so unprofessional and dishonest. There’s no one in authority to control this office. When you talk to the Administrator on Westover Road. It’s like a drop in the buck with them. They will not tell the truth and do anything to get out of work. They will ignore you and let you sit in the waiting area, for at least twenty minutes after your appointment. You can tell when their friends come to the office, they are all smiles and do everything they can to help them. If you don’t have funds to pay, you are refused treatment. This is only for people they don’t like and question things they are doing.

They lied and said they could contact my insurance, but each time I called up in there I got an answer within seconds. The insurance said they didn’t send in a pre treatment plan. I asked for the codes and gave them to the insurance office. I was given a total different price than what was given to me. The insurance told me each time they receive a call from a doctor’s office , they have to note it in the computer. The last time they heard anything from them was October 7, at 2:30 pm. Greta stated they didn’t receive anything. The administrator is a joke and doesn’t do anything. They talk about people no one believes in confidentiality, Hippa, and patients rights. They don’t realize without patients there would be no jobs. They are very unprofessional and need a strong administrator over them.

This place needs to be closed down or staff with professional people. Even the little office manager tried to be rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place until these people get the proper training. Customer and diversity training. They need be rotated to the other offices from time to time. So they can learn. Sometimes people get too comfortable when there’s not strange management. They are there just for a payroll check, gossip and to help their friends.

Literally the WORST place I’ve ever been. Just Moved to Albany from Florida, so this is the first and only dentist office I knew about in the area. I took my son here FEBRUARY 18th for a toothache. He was prescribed amoxicillin and ibuprofen, as well as was supposed to have a prior authorization sent over to approve his tooth being pulled.

Had an issue where the amoxicillin prescription was misplaced and never filled, so I called to see if they could give him another one or send it over to the pharmacy, and got no response. I’ve been calling these people for a MONTH about getting another prescription and to check on my sons prior authorization, and every time I dial I’m told the dentist is not in the office, or she’s busy, but they’ve noted my sons chart and she will call me back…. my sons chart should’ve been noted at least 11 times according to them, but still NO PHONE CALL?? I called again this morning, MARCH 20, about the same issue and guess what ??? The doctor “StIlL iSnT aVaIlAbLe” , but they’ve noted let me know my son’s prior authorization was approved on FEBRUARY 20TH!!!!!! IVE BEEN calling FOR a MONTH, and every other person I talked to swore up and down they couldn’t see this information when I asked, but it’s been approved since the 20TH?? This place CLEARLY doesn’t care about patients, ESPECIALLY KIDS IN PAIN! It makes no sense that I have to take my child somewhere else, to see someone else, because these people are too lazy to do their jobs, or whatever their unnecessary issue is. I’m finding my children a new dentist.

The only people I would recommend this place to is my enemies, and even they don’t deserve this absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable treatment. The customer service is sorry. Worst experience of my life. DO BETTER!
