I have been visiting Albania Dental for almost 2 years and I always have a great experience during my visits. Dr. Jimenez has gentle hands so I have never felt pain during my dental procedures. The staff is very welcoming and professional. They are also fluent in Spanish which is a plus for me. I totally recommend Albania Dental. 🦷🪥

I’m honestly shocked at how poor the service was. The dental hygienist almost brought me to tears with her aggressive cleaning. I tried not to show it, but when I spoke up for myself she was very defensive and asked me “why are you here?” I’m someone who has healthy teeth and gets my teeth cleaned regularly. I’ve never had an issue with a cleaning either. I take good care of my teeth. After her assistant tore through my mouth, the dentist tried to say I came in with inflammation. That is false because I haven’t had any bleeding, soreness, or trouble eating.
UNTIL I visited Albania dental. It’s the evening and my mouth feels like it was carved open (it was). And I see the inflammation that was not present this morning. I wouldn’t let anyone from this place of business near my teeth or the teeth of anyone I love. At one point the dentist asked me “are you scared to be here?” That speaks volumes. I can’t believe that they were so unprofessional. I love supporting small businesses, but I can’t stay silent.
I hope this helps someone. Many people seem to have great experiences, and that’s lovely. But I could honestly say more about how horrible it was. I miss my old dentist.

I've been going to Albania Dental for a little over a year and have had a decent amount of work done due to a long period of time of no dental upkeep. Dr Jimenez and her staff have been wonderful and super helpful through it all! From my first appointment Dr Jimenez laid out everything we needed to do and all the work was done quick and easy.
The whole staff is very friendly and I've had nothing but good experiences there!

I am happy that I made the decision to go to Albania Dental, all the staff are very efficient and most importantly I found honesty and a lot of experience, I totally recommend this Dental Clinic.
