Let's face it root canals have a scary reputation. However, the staff at Akron Endodontics are wonderful and really try to put you at ease. Dr. Nate is outstanding and is very clear on explaining the procedure(s). The staff makes you feel like you are part of the family and really care about you. Highly recommend!

Most unprofessional place I've contacted. I called around for prices on a Root Canal. They took all my info and told me they would get back with the predetermined cost after contacting my insurance. They call next day to get me in that day. I was at work and couldn't leave. I was telling the receptionist Erin my situation and that I hadn't received a quote yet and wanted one before I came in. She immediately got an attitude and told me they don't have that price until they talk with insurance.

She began telling me to write down codes and contact my insurance if I wanted the price. I understood and was trying to explain I never had the price from them without insurance. She then was like oh and gave me a price. I felt she was very unprofessional and didn't want to go there after being talked to like that. I made an appointment with a different place that was straight forward and agreed how disrespectful this place is. Fast forward today they call and leave a message to verify their appointment. I call back and speak with Donna.

I try to explain to her my experience and happened to me. She immediately tells me it didn't happen. I'm laughing asking are you serious!? I'm telling you what happened to me. She began to try to talk over me and hang up on me. I call back to be greeted by the 1st person who disrespected me. This place is bottom of the trash can! Pretentious passive aggressive receptionists will destroy your business!

I got work done by Dr Kotapish today for a Root Canal. He helped me feel very comfortable, considering I have dental anxiety. He was very kind and would continually check on me to see how I was going during the prodecure.

At the end, I was given a nice warm damped wash rag to apply to my face. It felt amazing. They really really take care of you! Thank you so much Dr Kotapish!! You all did an amazing job and excelled in helping calm my nerves! Thank you! 🫶🏼 1000 out 10 would recommend!!!

Absolutely wonderful staff! No one really wants a Root Canal, but if you have to, this is the office to use. Very professional, explain everything they need to do and won't perform work that isn't necessary. Fantastic to find such a lovely office and doctors who really care!!
