Aesthetic Restorative Implant Dentistry Northwest transformed my smile—and my confidence. After years of hiding chipped front teeth, Dr. Nelson created veneers that look completely natural. What impressed me most? He spent time discussing my goals, showing me digital previews, and adjusting the shade until it was perfect. The implant work he did for my molar is so sturdy, I forget it’s not real.
The office feels like a luxury spa with calming music and private treatment rooms, which eased my anxiety. The staff is knowledgeable, explaining every step, and they follow up with check-ins. They work with insurance and offer financing, which made the process manageable. For anyone wanting both function and beauty, this is the place—worth every penny.

I have been coming here since I was 5, I'm now 32 and my care has always been excellent. I was nervous to switch over from Dr. Goodwin to Dr. Ariel, but my nervousness was for nothing. I like him just as much! The staff is amazing as well. I enjoy coming to the dentist because everyone is so nice, knowledgeable, and it doesn't hurt!

Both my parents began going through this office for Dental care and have had nothing but positive things to say. I wound up having to change my own dentist after 20 years and was wary of finding a new one, as you never really know what you're going to get. I have absolutely nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about Dr. Goodwin and his associates. The office is attractive, clean and provides water, juice-boxes, and fresh fruit. The staff is friendly, on-point, and informative.
The dental assistants are knowledgeable, full of interesting information, and very personable. Dr. Goodwin is a very good character who clearly takes a lot of pride and joy in the work that he does and has a genuine enthusiasm for dentistry. I was overjoyed to learn quite a bit throughout my basic procedure. I'm a sucker for science and always like to know the details of why and how things work; throughout the entire session I was there they explained what they were doing, what certain measurements mean, the general layout of your face (and how retarded our sinuses can be), etc etc. Long story short, I learned a ton, had a great time, felt very welcomed, and most importantly, was provided OUTSTANDING services by a very well put together group of professionals.
It was not just another trip to the dentist, but positively one of my best medical experiences to date. I might be a sucker for learning, sure, but it's fabulous to experience a dentistry that is more than just passionate about what they do: they're passionate about the people they treat and aren't there to take your money for the sake of sleeping on piles treasure/cash/loot. I would absolutely 100% recommend this dentistry to prospective patients. It was hands-down a great experience.

Dr. Goodwin has been my dentist for over 25 years. He and his staff make sure that you are comfortable every time. They provide first rate service with their experience and technology. I appreciate the education that they provide to help me take better care of my teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Goodwin.
