I had a crown put on in December of 2020. The temporary crown fell off that afternoon. I went back on Friday the next day and had another temporary made and i stalled. My permanent crown was being trimmed up by Dr Vincenzo and he trimmed to much off of crown. So temporary crown went on again. Following appointment my permanent crown was installed Dr Vincenzo.

When I was leaving his receptionist told me I owed another 256. 00 dollars. I told her I already paid my 468. 00 out of pocket in December I informed her that I need to talk to Dr Vincenzo about this balance. I received a hand written letter from Dr Vincenzo informing me that he wrote off the 256. 00 and that I could have my records sent to a new dentist.

I did that in February. I have an appointment with new dentist for middle of March I am in excruciating pain now for two days. I called Dr Vincenzos office this morning and he refused to see me to fix his crown install I got in January of 2021. I was told he only sees his patients. Some really poor service for a former patient of 19 years and doesn’t stand behind his expensive services

I have been going to dr v for 24 years he has been the best dentist in the world he also corrected a lot of errors from previous dentist. I can’t say enough a 5 star recommendation.
