I live out of town but Dr. Alex is my dentist. I coordinate my visits with when I am visiting the greater DC-area, and her staff is always accommodating in terms of offering me an appointment when I am able to travel to VA. Dr. Alex is very good at what she does--I have never had another dentist that I trust as much as her (and I used to work with dentists as a graduate student, so I feel particularly qualified to speak to this). She is knowledgeable, personable, truly an artist in terms of how she is able to work with her hands.
Her first concern is your comfort, health and wellbeing. I have issues with my gums so have to come frequently for regular cleanings. Her staff was able to accommodate me recently with only 48-hours notice. The space is very relaxing and in a convenient location. As someone with a lot of access to doctors in the greater NYC area, I can say with confidence she is an expert worth traveling out of town for. I have not found any other dentist I would feel as comfortable and safe with than her.
I will continue to travel to her office for my dental health. I also relish the opportunity to support a woman-owned small business. This is a boutique practice that provides personal care catered to the specific history of the patient. That level of familiarity and detail is priceless.

Dr. Naini is truly exceptional! Her dedication to patient care and her depth of knowledge in dentistry are second to none. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel completely at ease, taking the time to explain every detail and ensure you’re comfortable throughout your visit.
Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for her patients set her apart in every way. I can’t recommend Dr. Naini highly enough—she is simply the best!

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Naini! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about her craft but she has the warmest bubbliest personality that puts a patient at ease right away.
She sat me down and spoke at length regarding the procedure I wanted and made sure she answered all my questions to ensure I understood everything. On the day of the procedure, everything ran so smoothly and efficiently and I was beyond thrilled with the results!! Dr Naini is brilliant at what she does, and she and her staff are soooo efficient, personable and kind that they make a trip to the dentist smooth, easy and even fun!!

I absolutely love Dr. Alex! She did my Invisalign and veneers and continues to care for and clean my teeth. I usually have dentist office anxiety but she’s so gentle and empathetic and moves at your pace. She regularly checks if you’re ok. Not only is she great at what she does, she’s loving and cares about you as a whole person. My family loves her!
