Advanced Family dentistry lives up to its name—they truly cater to every family member, from my 5-year-old to my 70-year-old mom. Dr. Carter and her team are pros at making everyone comfortable: my daughter loves the “princess toothpaste” and toy rewards, while my mom appreciates the gentle care for her sensitive gums. The office is spacious with separate kid and adult waiting areas, which is a nice touch. I recently had Invisalign here, and the results are amazing—Dr.
Carter checked in monthly to ensure progress. They work with all insurances, send friendly reminders, and even offer weekend hours. It’s the one dental office where no one complains about appointments. Highly recommend!

DON’T BELIEVE THE 1 START RATING. This dentist is great. Yes, he may do everything the old fashion way. . . and be the only person who works in his whole office, but he’s great. My boyfriend called him at 6pm expressing how I needed an immediate extraction, even as a first time patient I was in the chair the next morning. I’m anxiety ridden as is, and the dentist (getting a needle in my gum to be exact) is one of My WORST triggers.
He was so friendly and professional. He let my boyfriend sit with me the whole time. I had to have a cavity filled and two back teeth pulled. I also went back for a second visit and had the same thing done on the opposite side. He remembered random things we talked about from months prior. Also, if he accepts your insurance, your good to go. . .
my last dentist accepted my insurance and I still had out of pocket costs for things he would have done for “free” so to speak. There’s never a wait as he books his appointments accordingly. I had a time confusion on my last appointment, and he was kind enough to let me wait and be seen after his current appointment. I’m picky. Especially with dentists. 5 stars from me!

I do not mean any disrespect. My experience was not what I expected. because I expressed the pain I had to the doctor on the phone. He told me I can come today. I got there at 1:30, which the office was empty. There was no receptionist, he was in the back. I called him to the front. . . . Then, it took me 20 minutes to fill out the new patient forms. .
. . And still, he did not see me until 3:00. . . The doctor looked at my tooth. It was infected. I asked for antibiotics to dull the pain until my prescription can get filled. He did not have any. Now, it is late in the day. So I have to wait until tomorrow to get it filled.

The dentist was excellent! I was afraid to see a dentist for years, but he was very skilled and knowledgeable. Also he saw me quickly and didn’t judge me. I definitely recommend
