Terrible experience! Chris was very rude and unprofessional made me uncomfortable. I went elsewhere where the patient care was a lot better! As well as the prices!

My rating is based on an implant and 2-3 cleanings. I’m one of the very few people who have always enjoyed going to the dentist. I’ve had very good dentists in the past and have found that I tend to worry less when health care providers walk me through everything they’re doing. During my implant, I asked Dr. Kwon if he would do this. He didn’t.
The dental assistant heard my request and tried to keep me updated but often missed informing me of certain steps. Dr. Kwon was also a bit rough and doesn’t have the best costumer service. After being super excited and waiting months to get my implant crown in, it didn’t fit, and I didn’t get an apology for having to wait an extra 2 weeks. There’s been a couple of times where I waited in the waiting room or the chair for over 30 minutes without being told why or without an apology. Additionally, I payed for a lot of my implant out of pocket, then I would come back and they would tell me I didn’t have to pay for certain things because I had a credit on my account.
Patients should be informed immediately if they overpay and asked if they want it to be returned. I had over $400 just sitting in credit for months and didn’t find out until my cleaning. I think it’s really shady I had to ask for it to be returned. Despite these experiences, I’ve had 5 star teeth cleanings. The dental assistants are always very nice, informative, and gentle.

By far the best dental practice I’ve ever been to. The entire staff is beyond patient and will go out of their way to make you comfortable while maintaining the highest level of service. The doctors and hygienists are extremely friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a new dentist.
