I just completed my second implant with Dr. Pottorff. All went extremely well. The entire staff is friendly and professional. They communicate clearly and listen attentively. The procedure has a number of steps to it. With both implants I have been concerned about associated pain.
I am a baby. Yes there is some pain involved, but it is minimal. On a scale of one to ten, I would say I was a two on the day of the procedure and a one or less the next day. Their followup is excellent. I highly recommend them.

I was referred to Dr. Pottorff by my dentist. I had a severe infection that caused a tooth to loosen. It had to be extracted and I had to have the procedure for an implant. I needed a bone graft to begin with. I had had a previous implant with a different doctor and was not looking forward to this at all. However, Dr Pottorff was unbelieveablely fantastic.
His preparation to put me at ease was thorough. All of the work he did was done without pain. What's more, there was no pain afterwards tha a couple of Tylenol couldn't relieve. His assistant STEPANIE IS was wonderful. I highly recommend him.

Most dentists are good, even very good but if you want exceptional, please see Dr Pottorff. It' been almost 6 years since I first saw him. I'm still waiting for that "WOW" factor when I smile or eat to diminish - it hasn't. What it has done is change my life. I'm smiling more broadly and eating much healthier. No food is off limits - nuts, apples, corn on the cob, etc.
things I had given up before. I still see Dr. Pottorff for semi-annual cleanings. He and his entire staff are still friendly, compassionate people devoted to giving the best care possible.
