I went to Dr. Steven Pinto yesterday for the first root canal of my life. I was in intense pain as this was a molar that had been giving me problems for months including an infection. From the time I booked the appt with Melinda, who was empathetic with my situation, to yesterday when I went in with a 10/10 pain scale, the staff and Dr.
Pinto treated me so kindly and took excellent care of me. He numbed me up very well, answered all of my questions with kindness, and best of all he took away all of my pain!! He is an amazingly skilled endodontist!! I am so happy with Dr. Pinto and his wonderful staff!!

Really positive experience. Not the kind of statement you might expect about a root canal, but the professionalism, efficiency, and a good dose of Novocaine turned the 1.5-hour ordeal from a chore into almost a scheduled nap! Before I knew it, I was done and walking out all better. Well done all.

This guy and his team needs more reviews!!! Was referred by my general dentist for a root canal. Prior to coming in Kelsey at the front desk was kind enough to let me know way before my appointment how my insurance was going to work and what my cost would be out of pocket. No surprises and that is something that I have never had happen since moving to Rhode Island. Upon arrival I was greeted by the warm and cozy scent of sugar cookies and the reception area, albeit small was tremendously clean and bright.
I was taken back promptly by dental assistant Skyler, who was extremely kind and professional. Dr Pino has excellent chair side manner- which in my experience was a very pleasant surprise!! Have my root canal scheduled in a few days. I look forward to be treated by this team!!

Horrified experience, first and last he will do the root canal. Did not told me about cardiovascular effects of epinephrine. I thought my heart was going to explode and couldn't not catch my breath!!! After I felt my tooth was sharp my own dentist will smooth it out i will never step in that office!!! I had about 4 root canals done in the past and I never had that drug put in my body.
