This place is nothing more than a scam factory. Do not trust them. We had an appointment at 11 for a cleaning. They got us in at 130, did our X-rays then refused to do our cleanings. It’s nothing more than insurance fraud.

I wouldn’t even do 1 star. By far worst individual I’ve ever had to deal with. She lies too. If you have dental anxiety do not go. She pulled some teeth and I am terrified of the numbing needle and was freaking out and shes screaming at me to quit acting like a 4 yr old and grow up in front of 2 assistants and other patients nearby.

Then says something about me to another patient. She cracked a bone near my nose and I can go on and on. Im 60 and have Never dealt with any dentist/doctor as such. Horrible.

I ENTRUSTED IN THEM TO MAKE ME A SET OF DENTURES THAT FIT CORRECTLY WITHOUT ISSUES, MY BIG MISTAKE! IT TOOK THEM 8 WKS TO HAVE THEM READY AND DONT GET ME WRONG THE TEETH ON THEM LOOK VERY NICE BUT, THE GUM PARTS ARE HORRIBLE! THEY DONT FIT MY MOUTH AT ALL WITHOUT RUBBING UNDER MY TOP LIP CAUSE THEY WASNT MADE TO CURVE THE BONE, THEY WAS NOT LINED & SEE THRU THIN! NO MATTER THE AMOUNT OF ADHESIVE THEY WONT STAY IN! MY INSURANCE PAID IN FULL FOR THESE AND TO HAVE LINING GUARANTEED 5 YEARS DURABILITIY, AND I CAN SAY THERE ARE BETTER ONES ON AMAZON!! I ASKED 3 TIMES TO MAKE THEM RIGHT CAUSE ITS EFFECTING MY OVERALL HEALTH & SHE SAY AND THAT I NEED MORE MONEY TO HAVE THE FIRST RELINE! I NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD "SO-CALLED " DENTIST! TAKE HEED & DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY DEALING WITH HER!!

If you have any anxiety about the dentist do not go here! I have always been terrified of the dentist and had let my teeth suffer from it. I knew at my first appointment I just wanted to go ahead and get dentures. She said "oh there's nothing worse than a full set of dentures". She was very rude and her bedside manner is God awful. She is in no way gentle. My appointment for the impression was good, didn't deal with her that day. I go in for my extractions and find that they do not sedate, I had to pay for the gas out of pocket. Ok fine, got through the top being pulled. Sent home with only a sheet of paper telling me to take them out in 24 to 48 hours and rinse my mouth. She told me nothing else.

I had to call myself to make an appointment for my bottom extractions and when I got there, they could not find my teeth. She said she would pull them and order new ones. I said no I'll do impression again and she can order new. She finally found them in a random drawer in a Ziploc bag with my name on it. So she proceeds to work on my bottom teeth and when I say it was a nightmare, I'm dead serious. She was leaned over me, her elbow and arm in my chest. She was rude to the woman helping her. I was in so much pain and so scared but she said nothing to help calm me. Just hold on, hold on. When we put both my top and bottom plate in she pushed so hard they my tops hurt for about a week and the bottoms bled for over a week.

She had pushed so hard on the bottom that she actually severed part of my gum and now there is a flap that my bottom teeth sit on and it's painful ALOT of the time. I tried to see her again and waited for an hour and a half while I watched 10 people come in after me and go back to be seen before me so I left. I had an appointment scheduled to go back, but I can't bring myself to see her again. I'm so angry, my entire face has a different shape because of the damage done to my jaw. I'm so irritated but will find another place to go to get my permanent teeth. I have never gotten any instructions from her about care or adhesive or anything. No follow up except she did call me the day after my bottoms were pulled to check and make sure I was ok. She then told me the girl helping her the day before passed out from all the blood. So that says to me the thing wasn't done properly.
