I had a very uncomfortable experience at this dental office. The dentist who actually worked on my teeth was not the one who inspected me initially, and she seemed to be brought in from another country. The whole experience felt rushed and unprofessional—like getting dental work done on the street. While working on one tooth, she accidentally hit and chipped a neighboring tooth with her tools.
I left feeling worse than when I came in. Would not recommend.

Dr. Singh is professional, personable, and a perfect dentist. Her team rates up just as high. Ive had many treatments, from simple to complex and have come out perfectly.

Don't let the location or exterior fool you, this is the highest quality and best run practice around. The staff here are the most considerate and attentive I've ever experienced. The dentists and assistants are skilled, professional, and kind. During long procedures, an assistant noticed my lips starting to split and kept them covered with vaseline.
When one of the dentists recognized the beginning of a panic attack during the anesthetic injection, she walked me through some guided/mindful breathing to help me relax. They are very careful and respectful when doing any work that might be painful, routinely checking to make sure I'm comfortable during the procedure. Any issues like a popped filling, sharpness, or uneven bite after an operation, they've always gotten me in asap without any extra fees. While it seems their services are preferred by state and lower-income insurances, I would recommend this place to anyone no matter your budget.
These guys are fantastic and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Five Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about 86th Street Complete Dental. They treated my elderly and impaired husband with the utmost kindness and compassion during what could have been a very emotional and difficult experience. From the start, the entire dental team made accommodations to ensure he was physically comfortable and emotionally supported. They explained everything gently, gave him the autonomy to make his own decisions, and never rushed or dismissed his needs. It was clear they respected him as a whole person—not just a patient.
But what truly stood out was how they treated me as his caregiver. They were considerate of the stress and emotional toll these appointments can bring and went out of their way to include me in the process, making sure I felt supported too. They offered reassurance, flexibility, and even small kindnesses that made a huge difference. If you’re caring for someone with special needs, age-related challenges, or cognitive impairments, I can’t recommend 86th Street Complete Dental enough. They see and care for the whole picture—with empathy, professionalism, and heart.
