Made an appt for my husband. who has a hip replacement. he needs a high dose of antibiotics prior to an appt for dental work. I gave the 3rd party all of his insurance information. She was aware of him needing medication. She was aware of what he needed to be done. I filled out the new patient information ahead of time. I sent the referral over.
We closed down our business. He took the medication. And after waiting a few minutes was told we don't take your insurance. This was a total waste of time. This was a mistake on the 3rd party that we will have to deal with now. This was a horrible lack of communication. Especially considering the situation with someone needing work done who has had major surgery and requires a high dose of antibiotics. We did everything we were suppose to do.
This was a huge waste of our time this afternoon due to poor communication. We own a business. And even if it was a 3rd party issue WE always make it right because it's OUR name on the business. This was very unprofessional. We are very disappointed.

I am not happy with Advantage 1st. I am having a permanent denture done by a prosthodontist for the 4th time. The person does does not get it right. I have been patient with this group over and above my limits. I will be asking for my money back if this one doesn't fit. It has been well over a . year. I do appreciate the dentist and her staff.. But this not acceptable

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of organization and professionalism at this office. I had a confirmed appointment for today at 2 p. m. —I even received a confirmation message. I took time off work to come my cleaning appointment, only to be told upon arrival that I had no appointment.
Despite showing the confirmation text and explaining that I had spoken to someone about the appointment, the staff still denied that it existed. They made me feel like I was making it up rather than taking responsibility for their scheduling mistake. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable, especially for a medical office where patients plan their schedules around appointments. I will not be returning and would not recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

Me and my husband both were able to come in today the hygienist was wonderful and kind and calmed my anxiety. Unsure of her name but she had brown hair and green eyes wonderful. The front desk girl with blond hair is also very kind and speedy which is very appreciated
